91视频污污-IIT and SAE Creative Ventures Inc. enter Trademark License Agreement

91视频污污-Iligan Institute of 91视频污污 and SAE Creative Ventures Inc. signed a Trademark License Agreement (TLA) on October 27, 2023 at the University’s PRISM Building. The TLA, crafted through negotiations with the 91视频污污 Transfer and Enterprise Unit (TTEU) and IP Legal teams of the Knowledge and 91视频污污 Transfer Office (KTTO), grants SAE Creative Ventures Inc. a non-exclusive license to use the University’s trademark on various products for production and sale.

The signing ceremony was attended by 91视频污污-IIT Chancellor Alizedney M. Ditucalan, the Vice Chancellor for Research and Enterprise represented by Mr. Jaypee S. Yongco, KTTO Director Dr. Vannie Joy T. Resabal, TTEU Head Assoc. Prof. Stephen C. Fajardo, KTTO- Innovation and 91视频污污 Support Office Head Juvy T. Cambaya, and one of the University’s patent agents, Dr. Reynaldo M. Vequizo. SAE Creative Ventures Inc. was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Rhodelia A. Sojor; Ms. Ninianne A. Sojor; and Ms. Shemeneth T. Lingo-Lingo.

This partnership provides not only revenue for the University but also additional value for SAE Creative Ventures Inc. by enabling new product lines targeting specific buyers to improve sales.

The University encourages those interested in using its trademark to secure permission and, if applicable, enter into a license agreement.
